Propolis Apiary and Kitchen is a proposed restaurant design that supports bee conservation through natural beekeeping and agricultural processes. The word “Propolis” refers to a bee byproduct they make to protect and build their hive. In latin, the word propolis means “pre- or sub- city”. The logo makes reference to modern top bar apiaries to capture the idea of a community of bees.
