1- Typographic Focus: The logo must be text-based, utilizing no additional vectors to ensure a clean and elegant appearance.
2- Symbolism of Renewal: Incorporate an arch in the 'KK' letters to symbolize "A New Dawn," representing new opportunities and beginnings for their clients.
3- Color Scheme: Employ a palette of golden royal colors to convey luxury, quality, and the premium nature of the services offered by KK Realtors.
Creative Solution:
The final design features the initials 'KK' crafted with a subtle yet impactful arch that gracefully rises and falls, embodying the dawn of new opportunities. The choice of a luxurious golden hue set against a minimalistic background accentuates the firm’s high-end market positioning and commitment to excellence.
