After three years in the natural wine industry, Real Portuguese Wine (RPW) reached out to us, seeking support in overcoming a plateau and elevating their business to new heights.

To build a recurring revenue stream, there were a couple things we needed to achieve first. We needed to first get an understanding of our launch point, meaning, the industry and its dynamics, the business itself, competitors and, most importantly, the audience.

Secondly, we needed to create a strategy so we could begin impacting RPW's revenue. 
Following that, we then began our process of creating the email journeys that made the most sense to the business, optimised the email form on the website and managed email campaigns.
