Every so often designers are bought on to a project early, to help mould the product. This was one such project, more like a proof of concept really. The concept was, to design a cheap, versatile flat-packed house. That was the engineer's job. My job was to design the instruction manual, with as few steps as possible and without using any words, because, let's face it, the people who need housing most can't read.

Here are a few pages before the project was shelved. It was far from finished but a very interesting project none the less.
