The baby care field lacks a centralized solution, forcing people to search and follow up with multiple sources. This gap needs to be minimized to meet the social need of modern parents. I aim to provide a complete and scalable solution that saves time, offers ease, and consolidates all records in one place. Solution

ParentHood is an app for ‘Helping people learn about being a first-time parent‘ with loads of helpful features that give the opportunity to choose services as per the requirement within your proximity

Goal

The goal of this project is to manage all the baby related products, services and reports at one place with proper track records saved on the cloud. This project is beneficial to all the new parents who doesn’t’ know/have less knowledge of how to manage baby related things from pregnancy to his career/life. This app will help new parents to brought up their children with industries best practices by experts, shared information, get the services and give children a happy and healthy life

I have used some internet references as my primary research.

The type of research I conducted is primary and secondary user research. After conducting the research, I found a lot of gaps in managing the baby care things and this app can solve the maximum of them and created in such a way that users can easily be able to search, find, buy, rent and take services from many service providers and ideated as a scalable solution so that the app will get bigger and bigger in terms of services, user friendliness and trustworthy

I Created 8 user empathy maps and this empathy map represents the visualization of everything known about an entire user segment or group of similar users

User Journey Map

This User Journey Map is the story of the experience when a user achieves a specific goal. It helped me to create an obstacle-free path for users, reduce the impact of designer bias, highlight new pain points, and identify improvement opportunities

Low-fidelity prototype

By using Machine learning, we can track the pattern of the user. This wireframe is a journey map of a user from searching, checking to book a vaccination appointment in a hospital/medical center and also book a baby car
