This is a lovely project I illustrated which is about a mother who used to tell her sons some stories and tales during their childhood.
To create the illustrations I started by developing the characters in each story as the author carefully describes them. Then I chose the moments that captivated me the most and created the compostions.
I used both analog and digital techniques. I used a technique I had never used before - watercolor - and mixed it with digital adjustments and other elements.
