Tottenham Finds a Replacement for Kane
Tottenham Hotspur, who are looking for a replacement for Harry Kane, plans to use the club's future resources to recruit Dominique Solanke.

"Tottenham can use Alejo Bellis to recruit a striker. Experts said Bellis could be used to recruit Solanke," the British Football Fancast said on the 21st.

A native of England, Solanke grew up with Chelsea's youth team and was recognized for his talent from an early age. He scored a total of 37 goals across the English national team, and in particular, he won the Golden Ball, England's MVP and tournament MVP, with four goals at the FIFA U-20 World Cup held in Korea in 2017.

However, his club career has not paid off. He rarely got a chance at Chelsea and left for Vitesse, the Netherlands, on loan. After a season of playing, he returned to Chelsea but still had no place for Solanke. Eventually, he moved to Liverpool in 2017.

Opportunities did not come even in Liverpool. He was mostly used as a backup replacement and received limited opportunities. After playing in only 27 games in two years, Solanke moved to the bottom of Bournemouth and seemed to be an ordinary prospect.
Solanke fully displayed his talents at Bournemouth. He was sluggish with three goals and one assist in the first season of his transfer, but he played as a main striker in the second division championship with 15 goals and 11 assists. In the 2021-22 season, he scored 29 goals and seven assists in 46 matches, spearheading Bournemouth's promotion to the Premier League.
Solanke, who challenged the Premier League again last season, displayed stellar performance in 33 matches with six goals and seven assists, and is now in full swing this season. He has scored 18 goals in the league alone, ranking fourth in scoring position. He is closely trailing leaders Erling Holan and Cole Palmer by two goals.   토토

Tottenham also picked Solanke as Kane's replacement. "Even after Kane left, Tottenham did a good job. Son Heung-min and Hisarlis are leading Tottenham's competition for fourth place with 26 goals in all the competitions," the media said. "Coach Ange Postecoglou has no plan to insist on the two players. We are making plans to recruit a striker to completely replace Kane."
However, the problem is Solanke's high transfer fee. The estimated transfer fee is 50 million pounds, which is not an easy amount to pay considering financial stability. As interest in the transfer fee increases, the transfer fee may increase further.
"Tottenham will use Bellis as interest in Solanke is high and there is a high possibility of a significant transfer fee," the media said. "Tottenham sent Bellis on loan to Sevilla in the second half of this season, but they are having difficulties as they have not been able to take part. Tottenham is also frustrated by the situation."

"Solanke will be a great recruit for Tottenham. There is a high possibility that a deal will be made to use Bellis as part of the deal to bring in Solanke," he said, adding that there is a high possibility that he will use Bellis, whose growth has been stagnant, to recruit Solanke.

Bellis moved to Tottenham Hotspur from Rosario Central last summer. He boasts fast speed and ability to command the ball. As a promising player, he is drawing attention from Argentina as well as the ability to select locations and penetrate space, he signed a long-term contract through 2029, which is expected to serve as the future for strikers.

However, his growth stalled after suffering a knee injury in January. Belis, who showed some talent despite limited playing time, including scoring one league goal before the injury, went on loan to Seville, Spain, for more time but has failed to get a chance to play there.

In the end, Tottenham seem to have decided to sign Solanke, who has been proven in the Premier League, and release Bellis.
