To celebrate the Journée du Livre (book's day) and promote literature to children, the idea of the friendship necklaces (two necklaces intertwined that you can separate and give one half to your best friend) was applied to books so kids could read the same story together and discuss it. Two identical books are binded together and easily separated by "breaking" the cover where there's a pre-cut dotted line. Roald Dahl was the inspiration behind the project, since he is one of the best children's literature author.

The covers are made with recycled cardboard and the illustrations are applied by screen printing with 3 different colors (ecological ink).
