BERGHAUS FREEFLOW

Traditional hiking backpacks are notorious for becoming hot and sweaty, causing overheating and leading to discomfort. While current airflow backpacks aim to solve this problem, they do so to the detriment of stability and efficiency.

Berghaus Freeflow Technology offers a solution that strikes a balance. Our patent-pending design provides outstanding stability and load management, while also ensuring consistent airflow and cooling for the wearer's back.
The patent-pending frame works in conjunction with our 3D printed lumbar pads to shift weight to the lower body without compromising on breathability.

Ergonomically designed, the frame follows the spine's natural curve ensuring that the load sits much closer to the wearers back than a typical airflow system.

At the hips, our 3D printed lumbar pads take over, effectively transferring the load downward. These pads feature a lattice structure, offering padding without sacrificing airflow.
