› This is my unique South America map illustration.
I have originally drawn it as a custom wedding gift
for a UK-based couple who had done a tour all along
the Andes on two self constructed bamboo bicycles.
The map shows all major countries of this part of
Latin America, like Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru,
Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela,
Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana and their
capitals. The focus lies on the stunning wildlife
(as you can see in my black and white preparatory
hand drawings) and nature of South America as
well as on touristic highlights, the highest mountains
and the famous Panamericana route.
