This baseball tshirt was designed for the members/dancers of SDC. I gave their logo a twist into being maroon and added the EST. 2011 which means established since 2011. This was done so that this shirt can have an evergreen essence to it, whereby it can be reused over the years without it looking dated. Eg, you wouldn't want to be wearing a shirt that has 2014 printed on it when its already 2015.
The dancers really enjoy wearing this shirt because they feel that the design really represents the culture and spirit of their club. It is also very versatile where it can be pared with jeans, shorts, leggings, sweat pants. Dancers sport this garment to their dance classes, performances, competitions and cyphers and social dance events.
This was a really great experience for me to see my design come alive and knowing that I have created something that represents a community's identity, culture and spirit. I feel really glad everytime I see the members sport their shirt proudly.
