As the project lead for the documentary series showcasing traditional food recipes using millets, I spearheaded every aspect from pre-production to post-production. This included direction, cinematography, and editing, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative that highlighted the rich cultural heritage and lifestyle associated with millet-based cuisine. Collaborating with the Odisha Millets Mission, the largest millet program under the Agriculture Department of the Government of Odisha, we successfully brought this project to fruition. Amidst the International Year of Millets, our documentary received widespread acclaim for its insightful portrayal of traditional food practices, showcasing the significance of millets in cultural preservation and sustainable agriculture.
