I designed a Tea-for-one set (teapot, teacup and saucer) for the Double Ducks collection by Dutch artist Frorenjin Hofmann in Hong Kong from June 6 to 18, 2023. I have designed it in the style of Chinese traditional blue and white porcelain.

I designed it to be able to be recognized as the double ducks in Hong Kong even if they are seen individually. The teapot and cup, there are double ducks swimming in the Victoria Harbor against the backdrop of the Hong Kong skyline. The saucer, there is the continuous pattern of a Hong Kong orchid tree (Bauhinia blakeana) flower that is designed on the Hong Kong flag, and the waving pattern representing the sea connecting around the world.

2023年6月に香港で行われたオランダ人アーティスト、フロレンティン・ホフマンによるパブリックアート「ダブル・ダックス」の関連グッズとして、ティーフォーワン（ティーポット、ティーカップ、ソーサー）を中国の伝統的な焼物である青花瓷風にデザインしました。

ティーポットとティーカップには香港のスカイラインを背景にヴィクトリアハーバーを泳ぐアヒルちゃんを２羽、ソーサーには香港の旗にあるバウヒニア（紫荊花、香港蘭）の連続模様と、世界をつなぐ海を波模様で表現しました。ティーポットとカップ、ソーサーが単独であっても香港のダブル・ダックスと分かるようにデザインしています。

The Rubber Duck by Hofman is a big public art. A giant yellow rubber duck is put on the sea turning it into a giant bathtub. A lone duck was first exhibited in Hong Kong in 2013. "DOUBLE DUCKS" set sail to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Rubber Duck's first visit to Hong Kong with a new friend for the 1st time ever. The double ducks were like the symmetrical Chinese characters "xi" for happiness and "peng" for friends. And It is the 20th anniversary for the AllRightsReserved.

Hofman said "I hope it will bring as much pleasure as it did in the past and in a world where we suffered from a pandemic, wars and political situation, I think it's the right moment to bring back the double luck."

ホフマンのラバーダックスは、海を巨大なバスタブに見立て、巨大な黄色いラバーダックを浮かべる作品。１羽のアヒルちゃんが最初に香港を訪れたのは2013年。それから10周年目にあたる2023年は、左右対称の漢字「囍」（幸福）と「朋」（友人）のように２羽になって香港に戻ってきた。なお、AllRightsReserve社は20周年記念の年でもある。

「Double DucksはDouble Luck（2重の幸運）です。この作品は、友情とつながりを大切にしています。コロナ禍を経験し、私たちは誰かと共に過ごす時間がいかに貴重であるかを学びました。今ここで生きている瞬間に感謝し、思い出を作ることは、非常に大切なことです。デジタルの世界やデバイスに囲まれた生活は、時に私たちを鈍感にさせます。アートは、あなたの目を開き、魂を燃え上がらせてくれるでしょう。「DOUBLE DUCKS」は、過去を振り返るのではなく、今を一緒に楽しむためのものです。」（ホフマン）
