To celebrate this beloved medium and the stores that showcase it, Kevin Sharp and Ryan Higgins have put together an 80-page anthology of short comics and pinups from a diverse group of creators telling stories that reflect their unique voices and experiences not only as creators of comics, but also as consumers. Reading this throwback to the old "80 Page Giants" of yesteryear may be akin to browsing a real comic book store: You'll find superheroes, adventure, humor, horror, science fiction, manga, and some stories that defy easy categorization.

My story is 6 pages in full color, it tells the story of Alex, a boy who has no interest in comics and always gets into trouble, however, his older brother gets him a job in the summer so that he is not idle during the holidays. Alex hates that idea but as he gets to know the comic book store and all of its stories better, he begins to have more interest, especially when he meets the AUTHOR of one of those graphic novels.

I hope you like it, as well as many of the artists who participated in the Anthology, I have captured our love for comics in these six pages. :D
