Role: Sr. Developer/Team Lead for Downtime Digital
Duties: Migration of 18 Municipality Specific Websites, Project Requirements/Solution Research and planning, Server Side Setup for Development Environments, Site Migrations, Sanitization of Hacked Sites, Technical and Speed Optimization, maintenance and updates.

Big O Tires is one of the premier tire supply chains in British Columbia and this was an interesting project for far beyond that reason. We were tasked to migrate and optimize 18 Sites which are relatively similar.
During the research and planning phase I quickly determined that three quarters of the website were hacked. This made this project far more complicated than initially anticipated. All sites were subsequently sanitized, updated, optimized and redeployed.
Most of these sites are still active today since my departure in 2022 and remain the same as initial redeployments aside from minor content changes.
I will currently list four of these sites and update it to the full list of active sites at a later date.
