Rajiv has feelings for everything. He can feel confident. He can feel happy. He can feel silly. But today, he feels angry and he doesn't know why. With the help of his father, he sets out on a journey to make sense of his feelings.
This was a lovely project to be part of, exploring Rajiv's world and all his emotions. The strong father-son relationship at the heart of the book was so good to work on. Illustrations are made with watercolour, ink, neocolour and colour pencil. Collaged together digitally in Adobe Photoshop.
A meditative, moving tale that will spur readers to make sense of their own feelings… With swirls of color, the dazzling illustrations create a sense of wonder that fires up the imagination.
