Essence is a semiprofessional E61 group coffee machine. This kind of machines has a well defined style, as the production is made starting from steel sheets and with mechanical and hand procedures. Moreove elements such as the brewing unit, knobs, foots are ready made parts, giving a typical vintage look & feel.
I designed a steel rounded frame to identify the working area in the front part, whilst the base of the machine is underlined by a metal sheet that gives value and embellish the overall shape. The aim is to give more value to the working area and add contrast between the base and the coloured body of the machine.
Access to water tank is from the right side of the machine.
