Background
Together with the team we created an AI-powered tool to streamline the creation and distribution of financial advice and marketing material. I personally wireframed and designed 60+ screens that featured 4 different use cases, all with its own set of micro animations and clickable prototypes.
The client's main directive was that they needed their Client Advisors to create and distribute Marketing Material in less than 60 seconds. They also had a major pain-point with Client Advisors sharing material without all the necessary disclaimers.
Impact
With a powerful algorithm and extensive UX research and iterations, we created a tool that delivered all the requirements and created new functionalities that improved the whole experience. Not only was the Client Advisors were able to create Marketing Material in around 45 seconds, but on all the test runs of the prototype we had very good feedback highlighting the speed and usability of the new features.
