TĀ MOKO TALES
"Tā moko" is a Māori term that specifically refers to the traditional art of tattooing, especially facial tattoos. Inspired by the fluid lines of Tā moko, I've crafted ten evocative motifs using a grid that mirrors the contours of a face. Each motif, born from the Bezier curve graphic approach of Jannis Maroscheck's Shape Grammars, whispers stories of heritage, culture, and human experience.
