There is a common preconception about Indiana—wherever you go within the US, as soon as you admit to be living in this Midwestern slice of fertile land, the first thing that rolls of people's tongues are the following four letters,"C-O-R-N". However delicious this golden commodity is, it is upsetting to have the entire state's beauty, hospitable and hard-working nature of its residents as well as growing art and design scene to be downgraded to those four letters. That, in short, was the exact reason for and the inspiration behind this piece.

The actual size is approximately 2 feet x 5 feet.
The final print is 11" x 17" with a spot UV gloss on the corn. The photography for the final print was done by the talented Lily Gleitsman of Lily Elizabeth Photography. Prints available for sale late September/early October. Price TBD.
