The layout planning is to reduce about 50% of current space and will move some of teh employee to fit into one floor. 

Two planning concept proposed. First on is Shared model when everyone(all department) share all facilities whenever it is available. Second model is owned model when a department control the facility that belongs to them including collaboration, focus, social and resources area.

The planning considering linear benching and 120 degree. The numbers shows headcount benefit with both consideration.
