Afsane Jetha is a Founding Partner of Alta Semper Capital. The firm manages private equity and investment funds. Afsane co-founded the company in 2015 with her partners, Richard Parsons, and Ronald Lauder. She was previously a leader in a London-based hedge fund, working for nearly five years as Managing Director of the private equity platform and executing consumer-facing transactions in Cote D’lvoire, Ghana, and Uganda. Harvard graduate, Afsane Jetha co-founded Alta Semper Capital in 2015 and is Managing Partner & CEO. Before establishing the firm, Afsane was Managing Director for an emerging market hedge fund based in London. She is responsible for executing consumer-facing transactions in D’lvoire, Uganda, Ghana, and other locations.
