Founded in 1991, this company was St. Louis' first micro-brewery. We chose to visually portray them as an ancient entity, rather than being as new and young as they so obviously were. They have since updated most of the elements of their visual identity (to be more contemporary, more like their numerous competitors, seems to me) Their menus still look like this, though.
