Cisco Learning Network Introducing and Growing Study Groups and Blogs
I served as Product Manager, Content Strategist and Community Manager for the Cisco Learning Network, a social network for IT professionals pursuing their Cisco certifications. I led implementation of Study Groups on the site, and saw membership quadruple in less than six months. I blogged about site activity and items of interest to the community, and highlighted the contributions of key community members in the Community Stars section of the site.
