The Problem
The primary challenge behind the project was the need to refresh and modernize the visual identity of the Bulgarian Cycling Federation. This required a careful balance between innovation and the history of cycling in Bulgaria.
The Solution
The emblem showcases a circle made of four distinct elements, symbolizing the unity, that reflects the federation's close ties with cycling clubs across Bulgaria. The initial components are the cycling tracks, followed by Bulgaria's rich traditions and last but not least - bicycle spokes and gears.
Vibrant colors were chosen to reflect the energy of the sport, and cohesive brand materials were developed to maintain consistency across all platforms. The clean and versatile shapes serve as a seamless transition between the emblem and the visual identity.
