'Showroom 1' is a prototype of two-level apartments for the residential complex in Tula.

The project was implemented in the reconstructed industrial building 'Octava' in the center of the city. The factory was founded in 1927. Microphones were created here and were used for the civilian and space industries. Yuri Gagarin said “Let’s go!” into the ‘Octava’ microphone. The adjacent building of the complex still has the factory, that produces studio microphones, which are used for recording by many famous musicians such as Marilyn Manson, U2 and Radiohead.

This is a multifunctional space with a ceiling height of 5.5 meters, which allows to build a full value second level and huge floor-to-ceiling windows. It consists of main areas - living room, dining room, kitchen. On the second level there is a private area with the bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe.

The interior is created in a minimalist style, it is dictated by the industrial past of the building and its history.
We kept the structures and the concrete ceiling - the architectural advantages of the space.
