The Meaning of Life V8
I animated the lineart for shots 10, 17, 23, and 30. Shot 17 gave me the most trouble. It took a lot longer than expected despite the movement only being upper body. I think it's because it was two characters and I had to draw a lot of arm symbols for Kat. Overall I'm really happy with how the animation is coming out!
I had to revise my Weeklies because for the first time I'm behind. I'm getting a better grasp on how long it takes me to complete tasks, and I'm glad I left wiggle room at the end for things like this.
I also cleaned up and added color to shots 9, 14, 18, 28, and 31. I used a lot of gradients to add depth and visual interest. I also used nodes to add shading to Cedar with the help of this YouTube video:
