WIP-1 This drawing was the original sketch but I decided to crop the image; I wanted the image to be bigger and fill the work space more.

WIP-3 w/ grey and dark brown underlayer/under paint; one of the advantages of Photoshop is that you can add the under-paint later by adding a layer underneath the layer you've been working on.

WIP-5 w/ whiskers; Ok, I did use Photoshop Pen Tool for the whiskers on a separate layer; I had to erase the tips of each whiskers so that the width of each of the lines tapered off gradually. The feet are still unfinished...
