In this project I designed a multi-touchpoint portal for the client VIACOM, who needed visibility across multiple networks, shows, seasons, and episodes.

Pipeline workflow to determine points at which the client needs visibility. Getting clear on the details of the workflow helped me to understand the business, client, and technical requirements needed for the portal. Visualizing the workflow also greatly increased understanding across the team.

There were 19 use cases identified between the business and the client and I identified 5 different roles, or personas. Each use case had a set of personas that it needed to work for. We accomplished this by creating different views into the system each with varying permissions as seen in the screen shots below.
