To improve and enhance brand loyalty, primary research, in-depth interviews with Van Cleef’s clientele have been conducted. By thoroughly analyzing the pre-purchase, purchase, and post-purchase journey, valuable insights into the client experience were collected. Subsequently, our findings include digital recommendations that are specifically designed to maximize each phase of the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and captivating interaction with the Van Cleef brand at every touchpoint.
