The AREA DOMENIU collection is a monographic series, published by the Instituto Terra e Memória, within the scope of the UNESCO Chair of Humanities and Integrated Cultural Management in the Territory of the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar (IPT) and the academic event to which each volume is associated, in partnership with the Geosciences Center and the Apheleia Association — Humanities International Association for Cultural Integrated Landscape Management. It has the collaboration of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), the Erasmus Amigo Program; the UNESCO MOST— Management of Social Transformations Programme, the International Council for Philosophy and Human Sciences (CIPSH), the Portuguese Academy of History, the Academy of Human Rights and the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar.
It is dedicated to themes of territorial management and abstracts of academic events and its target audience includes professionals, students and researchers, as well as any citizen with an interest in the areas to which the collection is dedicated.
This volume was published under the X Congresso Luso-Brasileiro de Direitos Humanos e Sociedade da Informação, “in which censorship and legal protection of freedom of information in the digital environment (was) discussed.”
