"LUA MENSTRUA" is a collaboration I made with Sara Pedrazo, Sacred Sexuality and Menstrual cycles workshopper. In this collaboration we created the LUA MENSTRUA book, an introductory guide in wich I illustrated every menstrual archetype of our cycle and explaining its energy and showing how to understand and use them to improve our menstrual, mental and emotional health.
In this project you can finde 4 main energetical archetypes:
"The Virgin" or "The Maiden" - preovulatoy phase
"The Mother" - ovulatory phase
"The Witch" - premenstrual phase
"The Old Woman" - menstrual phase
Every illustration has been painted with watercolors and ink.
