Ron De SantaCruz celebrates the coming together of two cultures that share a similar past and tradition—Goan and the Caribbean and Latin American tradition of rum drinking. The design seeks to translate the flavour of the favourite spirit of both the regions, separated by geography but connected by colonial history and culture.
Rum is one of the oldest distilled spirits and has one of the most colourful histories of any alcoholic beverage.
By the mid -1700s, rum was being made throughout the Caribbean and South America. Today, India is the largest manufacturer of rum in the world.

A culture shared by Goa and the Caribbean is the inspiration for the design. This design is a modern take on rum, bringing alive the natural woody, smoky notes with hints of chocolate and vanilla, along with natural rum congeners as colours, infusing life into a party.
