SVA Typography Class
A series of assignments for a Typography Class I took this summer at SVA under the guidance of Kevin Brainard.
1. Book Jacket
Assignment: Design the jacket for a hardcover book.
I chose the book "La Danza de la Realidad", by the chilean writer Alejandro Jodorowsky.
2. Play/Performance Art Poster
Assignment: Design the poster of a play or performance.

3. Exhibition Poster
Assignment: Design a typographic poster using the information on current exhibitions at the Gagosian Gallery without including any photography or imagery.

4. New York Times Op-Ed
Assignment: Create a typographical illustration to accompany one of New York Times Op-Ed articles.
I chose "Don’t Turn Up Your Nose at the City in Summer", by Victoria Henshaw.
