This project focused on the Australian shift towards multi-residential living, and required a design solution that considerd both the future and past use of the building. The site, situated in Newstead, was to be 'adaptively reused', with it's three storeys converted to living spaces and common areas, targeted at an appropriate market.
A complex project, this task involved the design of each apartment type, communal areas of the building, and extensive detailing for items such as custom sliding doors and kitchen detailing. While all the details aren't visible here- they're extensive, and provided an exercise in project management.
