The eBay Community is one of the main hubs in the eBay ecosystem. It’s the main seller forum for relevant updates, announcements, and FAQs where both eBay sellers and subject matter experts jump in to help one another. Some have become friends, others even family. A global community where differences are celebrated and respected.
The goal of this video is to underscore the significance of that community and serves as a reminder of the foundational role the guidelines play.

The goal was to craft a short story (under 60 seconds) and bring it to life from hours of footage of eBay events and eBay’s Seller Spotlight video series. When needed we used stock footage. The final result varies from storyboard to final video, as it often does with creative collaborations. The art direction follows eBay’s brand guidelines at the time of its creation '23 and I was responsible for putting the visual story together. Tony Payne wrote the script, Vince Tsu brought it to life in editing.
