In this project, we analysed the quality of the house of one of Fenicia's inhabitants, to compare it to 4 other houses nearby. The first part (analysis) started from three different perspectives of what housing quality is. The first one, from María Amérigo talks about residential satisfaction (subjective), which she describes as the level of satisfaction perceived by the inhabitant regardless of his housing condition. The second one was concerned with the history of both the house and the family, while the third one focused on the attributes that the inhabitant associates with specific parts of his house.
This analysis, when compared with the analysis done on 4 other cases, led to interesting conclusions regarding how people live in Fenicia and what are their needs (both objective and perceived).
En este trabajo analizamos la calidad de la vivienda de un habitante de Fenicia, para compararlo con otros 4 casos cercanos. La primera parte (análisis) partió de 3 perspectivas diferentes sobre lo que es la calidad de la vivienda. Por un lado, María Amérigo habla de satisfacción residencial (subjetivo), la cual describe como el nivel de satisfacción que percibe un habitante, sin importar en qué condiciones se encuentre realmente su vivienda. La segunda perspectiva se centra en la historia residencial (tanto de la familia como de su casa), mientras que la última se enfoca en los atributos con los que el habitante asocia diferentes espacios de su vivienda.
Este análisis, al compararse con el análisis hecho en los otros 4 casos, llevó a conclusiones interesantes sobre cómo la gente vive en Fenicia y cuáles son sus necesidades, tanto objetivas como percibidas.
