BOUNCING BALL ANIMATION

Objective:
To 3d Model and animate a ball .

Techniques used:
Modeling.
Key frames.
Animate.

Tool Used:
Maya

Challenges:
Setting the in-betweens in the animation. 
Initially I have setup the scene by modelling the balls and the base and i have given different materials for all the models.
Once the setup is ready i took a reference video and first i have animated the keyframes. later after the keyframes are animated i have placed in-betweens .

Keyframes and In-between's:

In animation, keyframes are like important snapshots that show the main poses or positions of a character or object at specific moments. In-betweens are the frames that fill in the gaps between keyframes, creating smooth motion. They help make the animation look realistic by connecting those key poses seamlessly.
Here, the keyframes are set but still the animation was not smooth. so, i used graph editor to make the animation even more realistic.
Finally, when everything  was properly placed  the output is as below.
