RESONANCE, in short, is a result of an engagement in unnecessary creation.

I believe everyone, especially when they're working, should surround themselves with things that bring them happiness, motivation, and inspiration. Posters are a great example!

Each poster features a quotation that has truly resonated with me along my journey thus far of pursuing higher education, and achieving my objective of becoming a well-studied designer.

The color palette, inspired by select the subways lines of the New York City Transit Authority, serves to communicate where I come from and my desire to explore new places.

The layout. inspired by The International Typographic Style (Swiss Style), serves to communicate my appreciation of clean and minimal design.
"A man must rise above the earth to the top of the atmosphere and beyond, for only thus will he fully understand the world in which he lives."

— Socrates
"New York is an ugly city, a dirty city. It's climate is a scandal. Its politics are used to frighten children, its traffic is madness, its competition is murderous. But there is one thing about it — once you have lived in New York and it has become you home, no place else is good enough."

— John Steinbeck
"What's more interesting to me is what pain do you want? What are you willing to struggle for? Because that seems to be a greater determinant of how our lives end up."

— Mark Manson
"You have to follow your passion in life, regardless of the consequences. For me, that has meant continually developing as a human being throughout the experiences of my life."

— Maggie Macnab
