Book Jacket Design
For this project, I was required to select a book from a provided list and create a book jacket and promotional poster inspired by the storyline. Set in a dystopian town off mainland Chine, Waste Tide tell the story of the struggle to survive on Silicon Isle and the revolution lead by an unexpected leader. For this design I tried to blend the location with traditional Chinese symbolism to create a book jacket that would appeal to both Western and Eastern audiences.
