Discovery Channel Latin America Rebrand.

After winning the pitch we dived in this exciting project that was the Discovery Latam Refreshes image.
Under the concept "Get your hands dirty" we developed the new images of a channel that was looking for a Human and Real approach that express "the Discovery experience". We showed to the audience how difficult it is to cross the deep forest, build a car from scratch or deceive thousands of people with a magic trick.
That's how we reached these mixed techniques result, where we use live action, special effects, 2D design, 3D production and VFX dancing together to create this strong image where the typography is also protagonist.
It was a hard work in conjunction with the Discovery team to whom we owe deep appreciation for trusting Plenty.

Luego de ganar el pitch nos adentramos en este apasionante trabajo que fue hacer un Refresh a la imagen de Discovery Latam.
Bajo el concepto que desarrollamos "Ensúciate las manos" hicimos la imagen de un canal que debía ser Real y Humano y que debía expresar "la experiencia Discovery" y les mostramos a la audiencia cuan difícil es atravesar las profundidades de una selva, armar un auto de cero o engañar a miles de personas con un truco de magia.
Así fue como llegamos a este resultado mixto donde mezclamos varias técnicas: filmación, efectos especiales, diseño 2D, producción 3D, y composición, danzando juntos para crear esta imagen donde la tipografía también es protagonista.
Fue un arduo trabajo en conjunto con el equipo Discovery a quienes les debemos un profundo agradecimiento por confiar en Plenty.
