I was bored. Just surfing the net to get some inspiration.
Then I saw the mirror down here. I liked the garnished edge.
Thought it would be cool to play with it.
I started duplicating it and transforming it, slightly rotating the new copy in a spiral motion.
I saved that action, then played it many and many times, twisting and twirling and transforming until I got something similar to a twister.
I pivot the mirror on his upper edge to create the eye of the storm.
Then added some noise, some lights, some blur and several little more retouches until I was satisfied.
I came up with this:
Cool.
But then I realized I was not satisfied yet.
That was just playing with some of the infinite tools of a powerful program I don't really know how to use. Honestly. I got nothing out of it.
Therefore I decided to transform it into a sketch and pretend I drawn it myself. I wanted some glory.
I blended layers and applied filters in order to make it look like a real charcoal drawing (or kind of).
Thought that'll do:
I put this very picture on Facebook and told my friends I did draw it from scratch. Said it took me a white paper, a charcoal pencil and a couple of hours.
They bought it. Said that was very good.
Now I am satisfied.
P.S.: Please do not reveal my secret. Thank you.
