The other night my hubby asked me how I keep track of the books I'm reading since I've got a few about art and design opened on my working desk, a pile on my night stand, the ebook reader which I use the most and also listen to audiobooks while I work.
The truth is I don't 😅
There are times I go binge reading, starting ten books at the same time and then all of a sudden I don't feel like reading at all and spend months without touching a book.
After that it all become quite confusing, stories got mix up, I often can't remember where I stopped and I have to go back to the start.
That's why I designed this easy to use Book Review Reading Journal page, to keep track of the things I started.

for all the other messy readers out there (plese don't tell me I'm the only one😆) and everyone else who wants to record their reading history.
You can print it or fill the blank space in Acrobat or Procreate as you like.
