Character Design & Art Direction

At the World Economic Forum 2019 Google wanted showcase how their technologies were being used for good throughout the world. The result was an International Interactive Train Station where users could talk to Sam in their native language and see stories about Google's role in everything from healthcare to animal conservation played out in front of them. The booth even had a heater to warm them in the biting Davos weather and produced a souvenir ticket printed in their chosen language for them to take away with them. Inside the station were consoles displaying dozens of other charming stories of Google technology being used across the globe.

As art director and lead designer I designed Sam, led the team designing her booth and a host of other environments and characters and directed the 3D modelling by Mighty Nice.
Produced by Nexus Studios London & Directed by the amazing Felix Massie.
