Due to mutual networks and Amicus' recent success on a previous project within the shared building, Siemens Gamesa felt that Amicus was a well suited partner to deliver their vision of a new workspace that would reflect their organisational culture and working style. As the leader in the renewable energy industry, Siemens Gamesa sought to reflect this status in their interior environment, leaving behind a traditional work setting to embrace and support a hybrid working model.

Amicus' Design and Construction implementation included an in-depth technology strategy assessment and deployment that aims to enhance the team's work experience. The strategy is implemented throughout each of the distinct spaces, allowing areas such as the social zone to feature bi-fold doors that open the boardroom out to the breakout room, aided by high-quality ceiling speakers to seamlessly integrate the two spaces into one.

Seamless, easy-to-use technology was of high importance to Siemens Gamesa. As such, each meeting room encompassed online booking systems, MS Teams capabilities and installed with enhanced audio and visuals to support multiple functions. Amicus Finance provided a financing solution over a 36-month period to enable Siemens Gamesa access to a premium technology package that innovates their business operations.

Amicus was able to provide a workspace that was unique to Siemens Gamesa whilst meeting the company’s global guidelines. The update helps the company gain a stronger foothold in retaining and attracting talent as the new space brings together a professional, clean design, with state-of-the art tech to support the highly desired hybrid way of working.
