This is Neil, an Advisor Character. This was a version we weren't happy with and I was asked to refine the look of Neil to make him a little older and a more classic "leading man" look. First up, some sketches of Neil's face to provide a range for the Art Director and I to zero in on the features we liked and where to push and pull.

Round 2; Settled on the look, aging him up to that 30-40 year-old range, along with a variation that had slightly larger eyes, wavier hair, and a more angled nose.

The FINAL: Neil is now a little older and a little more rugged but still fits within the style confines of the game.
