I chose to design an application and a real estate website with the goal of exploring improvements in usability, enhancing user interactions, and providing a pleasant navigation experience.

The concept behind the project is to provide a user-friendly navigation environment, allowing users to easily and comfortably search for properties.

The mobile application enables users to access the real estate market from anywhere, making the search and communication process more flexible and convenient.

"Fixed" conveys stability. The word "Fixed" holds significant meaning, referring to the reliability, security, and professional consistency that a real estate agency should offer its clients.

For the proper research of my project, I chose the competitive audit method. I conducted a thorough analysis of various real estate websites and applications, documenting their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. 

After gathering information from relevant websites, my goal was to create a visual identity consistent with the product's values.

-I chose orange as the project's colour, symbolising positivity and warmth. Orange is a color that conveys energy and induces a sense of pleasure. Through the choice of the orange colour, my application creates a welcoming environment for users.

-Google Material Design principles helped me choose typography and an icon set. The pages are designed in Illustrator for the iPhone X.

If I were to start my project from the beginning, one crucial addition would be an Accessibility feature.

Adding an Accessibility feature would not only enhance the user experience but also make the application more inclusive for individuals with diverse needs and abilities. This realisation underscores the evolving nature of design, where adaptability and consideration for all users are essential components of a successful project.
