In my current role at Salesforce, I have the honor of supporting exec and employee comms for the CIO Org with a focus on people initiatives. In 2023, I supported the launch and execution of the team's first-ever internal gender equality summit, which had outstanding results including attendance that exceeded goals by over 40%.
