Te Rea is a New Zealand Craft vodka company that creates high quality spirit from local produce using traditional methods. Te Rea is based on using the Tawa ‘ Maori purple potato’ and fermenting it into
purple vodka. This project was done in group including myself, Charlie Harding, Ryan Last-Harris and Cameron Berry.
