The summer kitchen stands on a highlighted spot of Csórompuszta manor which is the location of Hello Wood camp. The structure replaces the missing elements of the old stonewall, dividing the inner and outer spaces; interprets and characterizes the inside and outside. It creates a new gateway in place of the originally existing gate. The temporary building is next to the barn, the terrace in front of it gains an emphasized attention. During the design, it was important to balance the volumes of the new building and the barn.

The pavilion provides a serene background on the terrace and a place to serve the locally baked goodies.

It was built on a two-day long workshop with the help of our key sponsor, Jaf Holz Ungarn Ltd in the May of 2014.
